You can selecting an External Master Calibrator with the following steps:

To choose an external master calibrator, click on "Add Custom".
You will see two required fields:
Add Custom Master Calibrator Name
Add Custom Master Calibrator Email

Both fields must be filled in to add the custom master calibrator.
