In a Calibration session, you can include the following roles as participants:


  • Quality Analysts (QAs)
  • Quality Managers (QMs)
  • Admins
  • Team Leaders (TLs)
  • Agents


Additionally, you must select one master calibrator. The master calibrator can be:


- Internal: Selected from participants who already have login access to enthu.ai.

- External: Selected from outside the organization by adding their name and email address. They dont have login access to enthu.ai but can still participate in a Calibration session.
